Questions we are asked

Which organs does Claviro Organ play?

GrandOrgue sample sets — as a folder, a .zip or an .orgue file — and unencrypted Hauptwerk sets. Copy-protected Hauptwerk sets do not play. A demo organ is included, so the app makes sound the moment it opens.

How do I import an organ?

Home › Import, then Folder… to take one from Files, iCloud Drive or a USB-C drive, From a URL… to fetch one from the web, or Free organs to pick from the sets listed in the app. The import sheet shows the size and the plan it needs before anything is copied.

Do I need a MIDI keyboard?

No. The on-screen keyboard plays the organ. If you do have one, USB and Bluetooth MIDI keyboards and pedals work without setup.

How do I cancel or change my subscription?

On the iPad, in Settings › your name › Subscriptions. The app's Settings › Plan › Manage subscription opens that same page. If you have paid before and the plan is not showing, use Settings › Plan › Manage plan › Restore Purchases.

A large organ will not load.

Choose Mono when importing, which halves the memory it needs, or keep the samples on an external drive and play from there. Organs over about 6 GB load stop by stop, so give the first load time to finish.
